Clean Calorie is run by Rabjeet Singh Chhabra in London, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these terms.

What Clean Calorie is

A food diary that counts calories and macros and flags ingredients you have chosen to avoid. Calorie numbers, photo estimates and ingredient flags are estimates built from public food databases and AI. They can be wrong.

Not medical advice

Clean Calorie does not give medical or dietary advice. Do not rely on it for allergies or medical conditions. Manufacturers change recipes, and databases and AI make mistakes. Always read the label, and speak to a doctor or dietitian before changing your diet.

Your account

• You must be 16 or older.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings. This removes your account and cloud log.

Public logs

Your log is private unless you switch on "Share my log publicly". If you do, anyone with your link can see your name, handle, streak, daily calories, macros and clean score, plus food names if you choose. Do not use a name or handle that impersonates someone or is offensive. We may remove public profiles that break this rule.

Pro subscription

• Pro is a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe. The price is shown before you pay.
• If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until it ends. Cancel before the end of the trial and you pay nothing.
• Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time in Settings, under Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
• If you are not happy, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. After that, payments are not refundable except where the law says otherwise.
• We may change prices. We will tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you, and you can cancel before it does.
• Pro includes fair-use limits (currently 25 meal photos a day) to keep the service running for everyone.

Acceptable use

Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, access other people's accounts, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Changes and availability

We are a small, independent product. We may change or stop features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. If we ever close Pro, we will refund any unused part of your subscription.

Liability

We provide the app with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for decisions you make based on estimates in the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can also bring claims in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
